Absolutely, even while he's going through puberty, his sweetness still shines through on occasion. I think me going down to part time is going to help as well. We had a good 3 hours of time to ourselves this morning and it's been bliss. He was so calm and chill sitting and snuggling up with me or playing on his activity wall. He's just wonderful.

Wonderful stuff! The allure of conures becomes very evident with clips like this. I miss that, my Canary Wing used to be a major snuggler. Salty, not so much. Once in a great while he will. Albie is soo cute.

Awww, I love this! Few things in life better than birdie snuggles! I guess I'm lucky, as I seem to have the snuggliest amazon on the planet. My Ekkie Tucker too, but different. With him it's not scratchy snuggles so much as him needing that beautiful beak or top of his head up against my face... All. The. Time!

It's been a good couple of weeks since he's let me do this. Every time he invites me to scritch him he turns into a raptor and goes for blood. It's like he's lulling me in with a false sense of security hahah

Thank you, Albie is just...amazing even when he's a bitey butt and a tiny terror. There is so much personality in these teeny tiny bodies!
