Agressive Ad Warning

The Opdivo Ad is high-jacking members from reading the Forum to forcing viewing their Ad commonly at the bottom of the Thread's page. Likely not all members will experience this, but it is clearly an aggressive Ad!

Yes indeed! I've observed several video ads appearing at the bottom of the screen and often aggressively moving the screen to that location.

Interestingly, this seems to be browser driven. Firefox and Chrome browsers on my PC are affected, but not IE. Similarly, IOS on Ipad unaffected. The last two seem to generate static graphic ads that are not aggressive.

Unsure whether PF is supported by ad-revenue or what, but thought I'd mention I use an Ad-Blocker essentially; so I don't see any of that stuff.

Yes, Parrot Forums is supported by ad-revenue. That said, it does not seek or allow Aggressive Ads. It is an on-going war to keep that type of Ad from appearing. Understanding that they place themselves in with non-aggressive Ads and look for opportunities to strike!

Never understood the marketing concepts of that group of ad people! Like I am ever going to even consider using their product after being exposed to this kind of abuse!
