African Grey Wanted near Wash DC

My girlfriend in Northern Virginia is desperately looking for healthy African Grey. I gave her her first bird....a cockatiel who lived almost 30 years. She's put in an application to Phoenix Landing, but hasn't had response. She's responded to ads found on different search sites, but most were scams. Any ideas where else she might look?
