Title pretty much says it all, I have a couple spare stainless steel bowls that I want to attach to Lincoln's PVC play stand but I'm not entirely sure how to go about it. I need to make them really secure as he likes to stand on his bowls too.

Note: It is still basically just a skeleton of a play stand. I intend to put vet wrap and lots of toys and rope ladders and what not.

Bingo! Take your stainless steel bowls to Home Depot, go to the PVC department and find some end caps that they just fit into. These you can screw into your stand where ever you want, and this way you can take your bowls out and be able to clean them easily!

Two suggestions:

1. Zip ties

2. By drilling two holes into the top of one of the PVC pipes, you can easily hook on the clip to hold the dish, if you get/have bowls like these:

Or use both.

Good luck!

Thank you for the suggestions! I don't remember seeing wide end caps when I was originally getting the supplies, but no harm in looking again.

You might also need to find a place that sells boat supplies. I hear they sometimes have large PVC pipes?

There are end caps for every size pvc pipe in the store, so you should be able to find them. They are way more expensive than they should be! It looks like you have one already on the short upright pipe in the middle. I drilled a small hold in mine and attached the metal post that the bowl screws in to. That way it's easy to remove the bowl for cleaning.
