So today we had remington's previous owner come by for a visit. It was amazing to see the "connection" they have, he definately remembers her! At first he wouldn't go to her, but when she was getting ready to leave he reached out to her and it was as if they never left each other, it was very cute! Here are a couple of pictures~

I would let Harley give me kisses like that but I can't see myself doing it with any other large parrot. You've got to have A LOT of trust for that. Sweet pics!

I would never trust my macaw or cockatoo's beak like that. But my Cockatiels and Eclectus pair give me kisses like that.

I have that type of relationship with my GW, I completely trust both my boys. Both my boys love to kiss on the lips no where else on the face, it has to be on the lips. to funny. You really have to have a reat bond with a Parrot first. Joe

I almost got my bird from here but someone I know recommended someone with much cheaper prices [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Va-fZVky7_g&feature=channel_video_title]YouTube - ‪Pet Shop Parrot Antics, Macaw Parrot gives Concetta kisses‬‏[/ame]

thats so cute! its great to see she cares, she must to trust him that much

The macaw in that video didn't look to thrilled by that woman's advances. lol

Penelope demands kisses like that. It's her favorite form of human/birdie contact. She even makes kissing noises when she wants to come over to me, and then immediately nuzzles her beak into my bottom lip as soon as she's close enough. She gets birdie kisses all over her head and neck usually too, as she likes it and doesn't usually like fingers touching her.

I know its only small fry compared to your macaws but my caique does kissing noises aswell. still I am careful and have to read his mood just incase i get my lip pierced lol where as you lot would worry about your face coming off. Macaws really can be intimidating creatures. wish i had the room for one.

the only "no kisser" here is Peachy the cockatoo, everyone else has kissing privileges. and you are right, it is a matter of having the right relationship and still cautiously reading your birds. have almost been the recipient of the famous "auto-pierce" several times....:blue::blue1::yellow1::yellow1:

My Hahn's gives me kisses like that. But yes, you'd better know your bird well before you try it, lol.

All of my boys love their kisses. Of course 3 of them I've had since they were babies and we have complete trust of each other. They ask me for kisses.
My cockatoo will do it too, I just watch to make sure he asks for it or is in the cuddle mood. I've only had him for a couple of months, so we're not at that trust level yet.
