5 month old Pineapple Conure doesn’t have many tail feathers left ᴖ̈

Hi, i need some advice!! i’m new to owning birds and i have a 5 month pineapple conure (i didnt clip her wings, that’s just how i bought her btw ᴖ̈) . i don’t know if my bird is molting or if she’s being careless and knocking down her feathers with the cage because she’s been losing some feathers (mostly tail). there was one time where she plucked a tail feather and there was blood on in though, the rest have not had any blood on them by the way.
I’m currently giving my bird vitamins for molting and the cage isn’t that small for her to be bumping into it and losing feathers (Cage dimensions: 18"L x 14"W x 41"H)

It’s fairly common for babies to be rough with those long tail feathers. My GCC’s tail can get pretty ratty even now and she’s over a year old. The feathers will grow back She is beautiful!
