How To Post Pictures

How To Post Pictures. Posting photos along with your posts on Parrot Forums has never been easier, and is virtually identical whether you are using either a PC or a smartphone :) Simply click on the "insert image" icon on the toolbar along the top of the reply box, it's the one that looks...

Here's a thread to help give a step-by-step picture guide on two ways to post pictures on a new thread or post.

STEP 1: Go to your profile page, in lower right side, you should have a badge labeled albums, click view my albums. Then start a new album if you don't have any pictures.

STEP 2: On your album, upload the picture you wish to share by pressing the "Upload a Picture" in the upper left corner.

STEP 3: #1-First, click browse, then go through your folders. #2-Choose and click the picture you desire to share. #3-Then press open. Then press the upload button

STEP 4: After uploading and the picture is in your album, click on the picture to open it up. Then right click the picture and click "Copy"

STEP 5: Go to the desired thread and go make a new post. Right click then press "Paste."

STEP 6: After you've pasted the picture you wanted and typed up your post, click "Submit Post" below.

And you've done it!! You finally posted your picture(s) Happy sharing!

There's also a second way to post pictures directly from a website, for example, Facebook.

Step 1: Go to the picture you wish to copy (Works on all websites). Right click it, then press "Copy."

Step 2: Go to the thread you wish to share the picture on, then right click and press "Paste."

Step 3: Press "Submit Reply" below.

And you've done it!! You've successfully posted a picture on a thread Happy sharing!!

If you have any questions whatsoever, don't be afraid to send a private message to an Administrator or Moderator.

I was previously using the second method which wasn't always great because my friends were getting confused at some of the pics I was posting hahaha!

You can put more than 1 pic in a post, just hit the enter button on your keyboard to make a new line for it.

Nope, even with photobucket, all my pics say invalid. What a shame Oh well, you'll all just have to take my word for it, VANILLA IS A PRECIOUS GIFT FROM GOD.

Saw you video of Vanilla in the All Video's - Birds Talking - Playing - Singing - Acting thread, I think sometimes it takes awhile for pics and vids to post

Thanks Bob, but I cannot paste a profile picture, or any pictures to my album. Plus, from the video, can you see my whole photobucket album? I can, and that just doesn't seem quite right. I wish I could just post the one video there, and then the photos in their appropriate albums, or profile. But I am just glad that you were able to see Vanilla

I can't post picture for some weird reason, in my album, there's no "upload a picture" on the upper left corner where it shows in pic 2....

Hi guys. I just changed from a PC to a Mac. Wondering if you have any tips for me as whenever I try to copy and paste from my album it just pastes the link not the actual photo! Thanks.

I'm not familiar with a Mac. Can you possibly do a screenshot of how your photobucket (or image hosting site) looks when you do the copying and
pasting?
