vet bill

Does anyone know any good insurances I could sign my bird up for that could get me coverage today?? my bird is in the vet right now, im probably going to be spending another 3k on her tonight like I did last night- do you guys know of any way to get that covered immediately???? please help

Has anyone been through the USDA permit process and can provide any info on how much it costs? I have 3 tiels and one vet was charging over 600 for one bird and that doesn't include the USDA fees. I'm going to call around but is that quote normal or am I getting fleeced?
