alexandrine feathers turning dull grey

    Concerned about the scruffy down feathers around the neck and the dull color

    Hi This about our 4month old alexandrine parrot Richo. Recently it looks like the down feathers around the neck turning scruffy and the color turning dull and grey. Is it normal or is it something to be concerned about?
