I was planning on saying this was rigged (for comedy)... but yeah YUMgrinder won AND It is a huge loss to all of us on earth for cheddar passing.
 
Congratulations, YUMgrinder & Cheddar!!! Beautiful photo and fitting tribute to a bird who will live on in her parront's heart (And ours as well. That pic makes my heart melt).

And an honorable mention to Chris and Parker as well! What a close, photo finish! Wonderful month, and a hearty thanks to all who participated this month!

This has indeed been the most emotional and inspirational POTM Contest, since I joined this fabulous community.

For the next month, I will enjoy opening the PF homepage and see the beautiful photo of sweet little Cheddar. Great way to keep the memory of her! Congratulations, YUMgrinder! This very special Cheddar's photo well deserves this title, that's for sure.

Darling Cheddar knew more love in her short life than many ever will. I’m sorry for her circumstances but so glad you were able to share her with us, she is a very special girl indeed.

I have to congratulate Chris and Parker as well, that was a close race.

Indeed, every entry was a winner and a hero in so many ways.
 
OMG thank you guys so much. It means a lot to me to read this. Sorry I hadn't responded, I was out for awhile. Anyways such a great tribute I couldn't have asked for more. Sometimes I still hear her call when I come home. She always cried out a loud call once she heard the door.

Perry, my black capped conure apparently adopted her call and everyonce in awhile he sounds like cheddar, which both brings memories of her, kind of a bitter sweet feeling. Thank you all.
