I have an Orange-wing Amazon and her name is also Scoobie. Can you give me some advice on aviaries? I built an outside aviary for about 35 birds last year. This year we've had unseasonably cold weather, it's dropped down into the low 30s. How much cold can little budgies and cockatiels tolerate? Should I bring them inside? I have a full on heater for them and besides costing me a fortune to keep it on, I don't think it's doing much good. Your feedback would be very much appreciated.
