I would like to know if scented candles, oils, or incense can be used when housing a pet Too.

I personally wouldn't use anything except...

1. A pot of water heated on the stove with citrus rinds & cinnamon stick (maybe a dash of vanilla) in it.

2. 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils in a water diffuser and keep it at least 10 feet from the cage. you can only get 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils from 3 companies, and none of them sell in stores, you would have to order online.

I do use essential oils and my amazon is in great health so if you want more information feel free to have one of the moderators forward me a PM and I will do what I can to help you.

Thanks...appreciate the info but I am not quite sure what a PM might be. Perhaps a Personal Message? I would like to know where I could purchase the oils though.

I use nothing scented except Pine Sol to scrub the floors. No air freshener. No candles, scented or otherwise. Too dangerous. Don't use the self-cleaning function on your stove. I don't even use dryer sheets. I use liquid fabric softener. You can't be too careful of what you expose birds to.

MT0058 I sent you a private message. If you want to respond you will have to send it to one of the moderators (anyone with a purple name that says moderator or super moderator) and ask them to forward it to me.

Thanks in advance for anyone who may forward a message to me from the OP :D
