Yes he lied for sure. This baby needs his parents or an experienced hand feeder. Do you have the proper equipment?

Do you have him in a proper brooder? It looks like he is just in a plastic box and that is not enough. Please read this thread, it may help you avoid tragedy.

I m unable to express my thanks to u, well rest if the things are being done almost as u suggested to keep the baby alive,, m feeding him 20 ml almost after every 8 hours, keeping an eye on his stomach ( place down under his neck)
just one issue, a proper brooder, that am gonna bring as soon as the shops open, as it is an early morning here,

I am glad to hear it.

He really needs to be fed about every 4 hours, not 8. Feed less of necessary but letting him go 8 hours between every feeding at his age will hurt his confidence and increase his likelihood to bite, scream, pluck, and in general not be tame as an adult. His mental health is important.

Ok, now I will feed him after every 4 hours, how much quantity? Same 20 ml syringe? After every 4 hours?

Feed however much will allow him to be mostly empty at the next feeding. You will need to time him yourself

Yes , but honestly speaking my son did not agree, he insisted so badly to have this baby, he thinks a baby can b more friendly by the time , so on a commitment that he will not take care of him, and only I will feed him until it is on hand feed , I got this baby ,

According to eraly replies of u expert ppl, we decided the date of birth of the Heero as March 16, so today he is of 35 days old, have a look at the pics, I tried to upload a video but couldn't, does he look 35 days older?
He is active , and happy by the way
